We're partnering with WeBloom for the Wave Fellowship 2026, a career accelerator that brings together women in tech from across Switzerland. If you're currently studying at a university in Switzerland (3rd-year Bachelor's, Master's, or have recently graduated), you should definitely apply! The goal of the fellowship is to help bridge the gender gap in tech by giving female students access to valuable networks, practical skills, mentorship, and direct connections with industry leaders to help them launch their careers. As a partner, HerCode will open the fellowship on Day 1 with a hands-on Founder & Product Builder Masterclass. When ? Monday, Aug 31 – Monday, Sep 7 Here's what's planned for the selected fellows: Day 1 – Founder & Product Builder Masterclass | Workshop by HerCode Dive into market sizing, legal essentials with LEXR, next-gen AI tools (Lovable & ElevenLabs), and a live prototype coding sprint. Day 2 – Industry Visit @ Swissquote Go behind the scenes of fintech innovation, digital trading, crypto infrastructure, and banking tech at scale. Day 3 – Industry Visit @ Microsoft Step inside Microsoft’s flagship hub at The Circle in Zurich to engage with senior leaders driving cloud, AI, and digital transformation. Day 4 – Executive Media Training @ Ringier Zurich Master public speaking, own the room, and command your narrative with EqualVoice. Day 5 – Slaying Dragons with AI A workshop by Clouds On Mars, led by Sebastian Selman (Consulting Lead Switzerland & former Microsoft Data & AI Strategist). Learn how to build AI agent systems, use AI responsibly, and develop practical strategies for deep work and goal setting.
