Women hold less than 25% of leadership positions in tech, make up only 17% of founders in Europe, and receive just 2% of all venture capital invested. Not 2% less. 2% total.
HerCode exists to change that. Not through awareness campaigns, but through real events, real opportunities, and a community that compounds.
Since September 2025 we have run multiple events, received 700+ applications, and brought together women leading European institutions.
